Confusing to install, February 1, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security 2011 - 1 User [Download] [OLD VERSION] (Software Download) I was really excited to find this on Amazon for under $20 because the same product was supposed to be almost $70 to install from the Trend Micro website. I chose to use the download feature from Amazon.com because my old security was set to expire tomorrow. I found it did not install or update instantly; after 1 hour of freaking out and thinking I would still have to purchase the $70 Trend Micro internet security, I played around with my current Trend Micro Security and realized I could delete the old product key and enter the new one in it's place. I guess it wasn't a difficult fix, but I was not prepared to do it and wasn't given instruction that this is what had to be done in order to install the new product. I also don't know how this would work if a person didn't have the old version of Trend Micro--or maybe that was my problem in the first place? I don't really know. But it seems to be working now.

I had to uninstall the previous security program for this one to download. Then I needed to find my product key code. This is found in my amazon account. It is found under "Digital Content," and then "Your Games and Library Content."
After doing those things, it was very easy to download.
I was glad for the low price on this internet security. It has protected my computer very well for more than a month now. I am very pleased with this product.
